Fulcrum Breaks Ground at Highland Forwarding Site

Londonderry, NH On July 19, 2010 Jeff Luter President, and Bill Jean of Fulcrum Associates, joined local and state officials at the official groundbreaking of the Highland Forwarding site. The development of the site has been approved for two buildings on the 15 acre property, located on Kitty Hawk Landing, housing the corporate offices for Highland Forwarding and additional lease space. Construction of the 36,000 sq. foot building is expected to start within the next year and be finished in 2012. The second building and the larger of the two at 84,000 sq. feet would be the investment lease opportunity intended to be started when the market supports it. This larger building is designed to be constructed in two seperate phases contingent on demand.
Highland Forwarding provides logistics for companies that need to ship products by air or sea, and specializes in customs clearance and import-export coordination. The compnay has grown by focusing on Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent states, former soviet states from Armenia to Uzbekistan. They also ship to and from China.
