Construction of a new 12,000 sq. ft. medical office building housing primary care and rehabilitation services as well as radiology and laboratory services.

The Owner wished to construct a traditionally styled building while incorporating key design elements from their main hospital campus in an effort to brand the site as part of the SNHMC family of practices. 

NHDOT approval for the turning and acceleration lanes was very late in coming, pushing a substantial portion of the site work to the very end of the project. Fulcrum was able to coordinate this late road work seamlessly with the  original site package and deliver the building on time.
