The project consists of Design-Build construction services necessary to complete the turnkey fitup of the Base Building space to the standards specified by Vaupell. In addition to building construction and fitup Fulcrum is also removing and installing all equipment from Vaupell's current location, with rigging and transportation by Vaupell.
